Club Pilgrim is Pilgrim’s loyalty program that allows customers to collect points and use them to redeem offers on pilgrim.ca or in our boutiques — all designed to make your everyday extraordinary.

You can become a member by creating an account online through the sign-in page or directly in one of our boutiques with the help of a stylist at the checkout.  

Once your account is created, you are automatically a member and placed at Essential tier. All members start at Essential regardless of the number of points they have. 

You earn points every time you shop with us — for every $1 spent, you receive 1 point, no matter your level. 

You can also collect bonus points by engaging with us: 

• Follow us on Instagram @pilgrim.canada — 25 points 
• Follow us on Facebook Pilgrim Jewellery North America — 25 points 
• Follow us on TikTok pilgrim.canada — 25 points 
• Leave a product review after an online purchase — 25 points 

Any points you had in our previous system have been preserved and adjusted to fit the new program — nothing has been deleted, and the update has already been applied. The adjustment was made based on the value of the points, and with the new reward structure, each point is now worth more than before.

Your points never expire, but your membership level is based on your spending.

From September 25, 2025, to December 31, 2026, your purchases will determine your status. In January 2027, anyone who hasn’t reached the required threshold will move down to the tier matching their spending or back to Essential. Don’t worry — you keep all your points, only your status changes, and you can climb back up with new purchases.

Every January, we’ll update levels based on the previous year’s spending, so your status can change, but your points are always yours to keep.

No tier updates will occur during 2025–2026.

After creating or signing into your account online, you can check your points balance and membership information, or in store by asking one of our stylists. If you can’t access your points balance, you can contact us at support@pilgrim.ca.

Points are added to your account within 10 minutes for in-store purchases and once payment is complete for online orders.

If you make a return, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent.

To move up to the next tier, you need to accumulate points.  

The loyalty program has three tiers:  

• Essential (Tier 1) for 0–299 points  
• Privilege (Tier 2) for 300–599 points 
• Elite (Tier 3) for 600 points and above.  

Each tier unlocks increasing benefits, and you progress by earning the required number of points for the next tier.

For the current year, once you reach a tier, you keep your status even if your points balance falls below the threshold. Your tier is determined by the total points you’ve earned over the year, not your final balance.  

To maintain your status, you need to accumulate enough points between September 25, 2025, and January 1, 2027.

If you haven’t earned the required points to keep your status, you’ll be moved down to the tier that matches your total annual points.

A Club Pilgrim membership is completely free.

You can find your Club Pilgrim perks by logging into your account on pilgrim.ca. You can also visit a boutique to check your points and level, or contact our customer service at support@pilgrim.ca.

You can reset your password directly on our website through the account sign-in page.

Yes, you can use your Club Pilgrim perks both online and in-store.  

Points are earned the same way and added to your account no matter where you make a purchase, and rewards can be redeemed either on pilgrim.ca or in boutiques.

As a Club Pilgrim member, you can invite friends, family, or acquaintances to join through our referral program. Once the person you referred joins and completes their first purchase (no minimum required), you’ll receive a code for 25% off.

You can redeem your birthday offer in store with a stylist at checkout, or online by signing into your account, where the selected offer will be applied to your cart. The discount is available for two weeks leading up to your birthday and two weeks following your birthday, giving you extra time to enjoy your perk.

If you are a Privilege or Elite member, you’ll also receive a free gift with purchase during this period, with no minimum spend required.
