NEW - Public Relations & Content Creation Specialist
We are looking for a Public Relations & Content Creation Specialist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, manage public relations, and strengthen Pilgrim’s presence in both digital and traditional media. They will play a key role in organizing product launches, influencer collaborations, and special events, while ensuring the brand message is consistently communicated across all platforms. Additionally, the candidate will leverage their creativity and strategic thinking to engage with media outlets, influencers, and the community, ultimately driving both in-store and online traffic and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication Strategies
- Develop and implement traditional and digital communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and image.
- Establish a public relations strategy for boutiques in alignment with the brand image.
- Design effective communication plans for product launches, events, and special initiatives.
- Coordinate with shopping mall marketing teams for store openings and special events.
Influencer Marketing
- Develop an influencer marketing strategy aligned with the brand image and business objectives (Canada and the United States).
- Build and manage relationships with influencers.
- Oversee PR shipments.
- Media Management & Performance Analysis
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with media, bloggers, and influencers to maximize positive media coverage.
- Write and distribute engaging and relevant press releases.
- Events & Launches
- Organize and coordinate launch events and other initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Manage invitations, event partnerships, and media coverage.
- Host events.
Social Media Content Creation
- Work closely with the social media specialist to plan and create content for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, etc.).
- Contribute to the marketing calendar planning.
- Develop special projects to support marketing initiatives (influencer collaborations, content creation, etc.).
Stylist Relations Management
- Build relationships with stylists and professionals in television, film, and fashion.
Crisis Management
- Develop crisis management plans and be ready to act quickly to protect the brand’s reputation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate and mitigate risks.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Provide strategic advice on integrating public relations into the company’s overall initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS
- University degree in public relations, communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills (French and English).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and a proactive mindset.

- A PILGRIM store manager is a product expert. You should understand the trends, stories and product details and promote them to customers and colleagues.

- Use the money mapping to make decisions and changes to the merchandising.
- Maintain strict control of inventory, money, and other PILGRIM assets.
- Ensure the inventory levels are accurate and maintain a shrink of less than 1% annually.
- Optimize the store organization, so replenishment is done swiftly and accurately.
- You will be responsible for establishing a personalized development plan for every team member of your store.
- Use and create contests to increase the store KPIs and team motivation.
- Conduct evaluation for every employee of your store. Use the S.M.A.R.T. method to establish objectives and the E.D.O.F. method to train your team for success.
- Ensure promotions, visual merchandising standards and markdowns are up to PILGRIM standards.
- Plan the store schedules, so they respect the SR% ratio established in collaboration with the District Manager. The schedules should be done, so it promotes an optimal customer experience.

Stylist
We are looking for a dynamic sales associate to join the Pilgrim family. The ideal candidate must be a team player with a sales mindset. Attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills are also essential. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive and takes the initiative. They must also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager and will be primarily responsible for the following.
- Maximize sales and customer experience levels.
- Provide a unique and personalized experience for each customer based on their needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador and stay current on new products and trends.
- Perform sales, billing and packaging of items.
- Ensure that all merchandise is presented attractively and according to store standards.
- Know and practice store policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the backroom is well organized.
- Contribute to a positive and friendly work environment.
- Appropriately and effectively utilize the store's IT platforms.
- Utilize a customer approach that minimizes store waste.
- Ensure that the store is clean and optimized for an unforgettable shopping experience.
Qualifications :
