A tracking number will be provided to you in a shipment confirmation email following the shipment of your order.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim.ca purchase, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale.

Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returned products that are used, worn, or altered in any way. All packaging must be intact and included in your return.

  • For Canadian customers, refunds will be issued on the original credit card used to make the purchase, excluding an $8.00 delivery charge (plus applicable taxes).
  • For American customers, refunds will be issued on the original credit card used to make the purchase, excluding an $18.00 delivery charge.

Pilgrim offers an extended holiday return policy for transactions made between November 1st and December 25th. Items purchased during the Holiday period are eligible for returns up until January 31st.

Ensure that your email includes:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the reason for your return.

Once approved, our team will provide you with a return label and instructions. When your return is received, the refund will be processed in 5 to 7 business days.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ONLINE PURCHASE AT A PILGRIM BOUTIQUE

For those that wish to return or exchange their Pilgrim.ca purchase at a Pilgrim boutique, please note the following:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim.ca purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. For online purchases returned in store, we are unable to provide credit card or PayPal return payment. Pilgrim.ca purchases will be refunded with a Pilgrim credit note if returned in store.
  • Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchange products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
  • All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If your item goes on sale within 14 days of the original purchase date, Pilgrim offers a one-time price adjustment to the sale price. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on promotional items or during promotional periods; for example, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sales, etc.

Price adjustments for Pilgrim.ca orders are to be processed through our head office customer service team and cannot be processed at any Pilgrim boutique.

  • For customers who used a credit card as the original payment method, your price adjustment will be issued back on the original credit card used to make the purchase.
  • For customers who used PayPal as the original payment method, your price adjustment will be issued as a Pilgrim credit note, that can be used on Pilgrim.ca or at any Pilgrim boutique.

How do I begin my price adjustment?

To process your Pilgrim.ca price adjustment, please contact our customer service team at: support@pilgrim.ca

Ensure that your email includes your order number. Please allow between 5 to 7 business days for the price adjustment refund to be processed.


GIFT CARDS

Pilgrim Gift Cards are redeemable towards the purchase of Pilgrim branded merchandise only in Pilgrim boutique in Canada. Gift Cards must be present when being used for payment in-store. Gift Cards are not refundable and non-transferable. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or used for the purchase of any other Gift Cards. Pilgrim North America Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.


DELIVERY, PAYMENT AND ORDER DETAILS

Following payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your delivery address, payment details, and the item(s) ordered.

If you realize that an error has occurred in your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at support@pilgrim.ca or call 1-866-658-3088.

If an issue arises, it is important that you communicate your order number. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation.

Please note that Pilgrim North America Inc. is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. In the event we need to redirect your delivery, additional courier costs may apply.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@pilgrim.ca or call 1-866-658-3088 within seven (7) business days of the delivery date to request a replacement. Please include your order number, a photo, and a brief description of the damaged or defective item.


MISSING ITEM(S) OR ERROR

If there is an error with your order or missing item(s), please email us at support@pilgrim.ca or call 1-866-658-3088 within three (3) business days of the delivery date. Please include your order number.


PILGRIM WARRANTY

At Pilgrim we make everything by hand & heart which is why all our jewellery, watches, and sunglasses are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers production and/or workmanship defects.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, negligence, loss, or stolen items.

For any claims made, proof of purchase is required:

  • If the warranty is claimed within 30 days of the date of purchase, Pilgrim will issue a full refund of the original purchase price using the same method of payment as originally purchased, unless the purchase was made through PayPal, in which case a credit note will be issued.
  • If the warranty is claimed after 30 days of the date of purchase, Pilgrim will issue a credit note at the same value as the original purchase price. The credit note can be used on Pilgrim.ca or at any Pilgrim boutique.

How do I process my warranty claim?

Please email our team at support@pilgrim.ca and be sure to indicate your order number or include a copy of your receipt, along with a picture of the item, and a brief description of your claim.

Purchases made at an authorised Pilgrim partner (stockist, wholesale partner, or Pilgrim distributor)

If a Pilgrim partner is unable to fulfill the warranty obligation, Pilgrim will take responsibility for the warranty.
