How much will shipping cost?

For standard shipping, the cost ranges between $8 and $14, and for express shipping, it ranges between $12 and 19$.

Pilgrim North America Inc. ships all over Canada, the United States, and Mexico from Montreal, Quebec. On orders over $85, we offer free shipping. There are no duties to expect on your end; we cover them fully. We ship via Canada Post Expedited. Orders may take up to 1 business day to process.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim.ca purchase, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale.

Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returned products that are used, worn, or altered in any way. All packaging must be intact and included in your return.

For Canadian customers, refunds will be issued on the original credit card used to make the purchase, excluding an $8.00 delivery charge (plus applicable taxes).For American customers, refunds will be issued on the original credit card used to make the purchase, excluding an $18.00 delivery charge.

Pilgrim offers an extended holiday return policy for transactions made between November 1st and December 25th. Items purchased during the Holiday period are eligible for returns up until January 31st.

Once approved, our team will provide you with a return label and instructions. When your return is received, the refund will be processed in 5 to 7 business days.

For those that wish to return or exchange their Pilgrim.ca purchase at a Pilgrim boutique, please note the following:


- If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim.ca purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. For online purchases returned in store, we are unable to provide credit card or PayPal return payment. Pilgrim.ca purchases will be refunded with a Pilgrim credit note if returned in store.

- Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchange products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

- All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale.


If your item goes on sale within 14 days of the original purchase date, Pilgrim offers a one-time price adjustment to the sale price. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on promotional items or during promotional periods; for example, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sales, etc.
Price adjustments for Pilgrim.ca orders are to be processed through our head office customer service team and cannot be processed at any Pilgrim boutique.

- For customers who used a credit card as the original payment method, your price adjustment will be issued back on the original credit card used to make the purchase.

- For customers who used PayPal as the original payment method, your price adjustment will be issued as a Pilgrim credit note, that can be used on Pilgrim.ca or at any Pilgrim boutique.
