We are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases unless the exchange is completed in person at a Pilgrim boutique.

Please refer to our return policy.

For those that wish to return or exchange their Pilgrim.ca purchase at a Pilgrim boutique, please note the following: 

- If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim.ca purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. For online purchases returned in store, we are unable to provide credit card or PayPal return payment. Pilgrim.ca purchases will be refunded with a Pilgrim credit note if returned in store.

- Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchange products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

- All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilgrim.ca purchase, we accept returns of unworn merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale. Online purchases can be exchanged in-store only.

Pilgrim reserves the right to refuse returned products that are used, worn, or altered in any way. All packaging must be intact and included in your return.

For Canadian and American customers, refunds will be issued on the original method of payment with the exception of Paypal.

PayPal transactions are not eligible for a PayPal refund, instead a Pilgrim credit note will be issued. This credit note can be used online for purchases made at pilgrim.ca

HOW DO I BEGIN MY ONLINE RETURN?

To process your online return, you can either contact our Customer service at: support@pilgrim.ca

Please ensure that your email includes:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the reason for your return

Once approved, our team will provide you with a return label and instructions. To return the package through Canada Post, a return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Or, you can either bring it back to our head office free of charge at 101 rue de Louvain O. Suite Pilgrim, 101 Rue de Louvain O Bureau P, Montréal, QC H2N 1A3 or use a shipping provider of your choice.

When your return is received, the refund will be processed in 5 to 7 business days.

Online purchases returned in store cannot be refunded; only exchanges are accepted.


At Pilgrim we make everything by hand & heart which is why all our jewellery, watches, and sunglasses are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers production and/ or workmanship defects.

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, negligence, loss, or stolen items.

For any claims made, proof of purchase is required.

If the warranty is claimed within 30 days of the date of purchase, Pilgrim will issue a full refund of the original purchase price using the same method of payment as originally purchased, unless the purchase was made through PayPal, in which case a credit note will be issued.

If the warranty is claimed after 30 days of the date of purchase, Pilgrim will issue a credit note at the same value as the original purchase price. The credit note can be used on pilgrim.ca or at any Pilgrim boutique.

Warranty Coverage Clarification

Please note that our warranty applies exclusively to the original purchase. Products acquired using a warranty credit are not eligible for additional warranty coverage.


If a Pilgrim partner is unable to fulfill the warranty obligation, Pilgrim will take responsibility for the warranty.

How do I process my warranty claim?

Please email our team at support@pilgrim.ca and be sure to include a copy of your receipt, the name of the store where the item(s) were purchased, a picture of the item(s), and a brief description of your claim.


Pilgrim offers an extended holiday return policy for transactions made between November 1st and December 25th.

Items purchased during the holiday period are eligible for return until January 31st.


If an item you have purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your original purchase date, Pilgrim offers a one-time price adjustment for customers with proof of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on promotional items or during promotional periods, for example, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Flash Sales, etc.

ONLINE ORDERS
Price adjustments for pilgrim.ca orders are to be processed through our head office customer service team at support@pilgrim.ca and cannot be processed at any Pilgrim boutique.

-For customers who used a credit card as the original payment method, your price adjustment will be issued back on the original credit card used to make the purchase.

- For customers who used PayPal as the original payment method, your price adjustment will be issued as a Pilgrim credit note, that can be used on Pilgrim.ca or at any Pilgrim boutique.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

To process your Pilgrim.ca price adjustment, please contact our customer service team at: support@pilgrim.ca
Ensure that your email includes your order number. Please allow between 5 to 7 business days for the price adjustment refund to be processed.

Free shipping is always available on orders over $75. You will not be charged any additional taxes or duties on cross-border orders.

Standard shipping costs between $8 and $14, and express shipping costs between $12 and 19$, depending on your location.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards purchased in a Pilgrim boutique are only redeemable in a Pilgrim Boutique. eGift Cards are redeemable towards purchasing Pilgrim branded merchandise on Pilgrim.ca. Gift Cards must be present when being used for payment in-store. Gift Cards or eGift Cards are not refundable and non-transferable. Gift Cards or eGift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase any other Gift Cards or eGift Cards. Pilgrim North America Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or eGift cards.
